If it has a special rush involved, it can effect which style is best. Some techniques take longer, some can be done in one day.

Every project is different. How complex the image is the biggest reason. It normally works out to about $30/hour

I have created images just from verbal instruction. Depending on the project, I may have some information needed from you or I may suggest something.
